Essen, Germany (May 27, 2016)— ZC Rubber hosted the first European dealer meeting here for the further development and marketing strategy in Europe market. Hundreds of partners and dealers enjoyed a happy night together with ZC Rubber team.
Mr. Shen Jinrong, president of ZC Rubber, introduced that the company mission as “To supply safe and value to global market”. Based on such mission, ZC Rubber developed to the largest Chinese tyre and rubber product manufacturer and the No. 10 of top 75 global tyre manufacturers. The annual capacity in 2015 is more than 40 million. Furthermore, ZC Rubber started the first step of globalization with the foundation of ZC Rubber Thailand, opened in June 2015 and operating new production line for both PCR and TBR to meet the customers’ demands in Southeast Asia.
“Innovation and cooperation is the key to ZC Rubber’s success. We set up a world-wide sales network in six continents and supply tyres with excellent quality, safety and great value, using the most advanced technologies and providing the most suitable products in such a changing global market.” Mr. Shen says. The annual capacity of ZC Rubber in 2018 will reach at 18 million TBR, 40 million PCR, 5 million Bias Truck Tyres, 200 thousand OTR, and 140 million Bicycle & Motorcycle tyres, according to the company. Furthermore, ZC Rubber spends nearly 20 million dollars on buying the advanced equipment to upgrade the production efficiency and improve R&D ability, including MTS rolling resistance system and high speed uniformity system.
Mr. Shen stated that ZC Rubber will focus on the development on the replacement and OE market. The cooperation with SCHMITZ CARGOBULL, one of the leading trailer manufacturers in Europe, is a milestone for ZC Rubber’s Europe business. Meanwhile ZC Rubber is going to establish the European office in order to support the OE business as well as the R&D, product research, and channels.
“WESTLAKE tyre and GOODRIDE tyre have already obtained good reputation in Europe market. Branding will be the most important strategy to push the sales.” Mr. Shen says. Also he added, “In the future, ZC Rubber will continue to differentiate our brand from the other competitors. Meanwhile we will also differentiate WESTLAKE and GOODRIDE by different position, products, and function.” ZC Rubber will invest continuously on marketing such as magazine, exhibition, outdoor, web and so on to promote the brand and help the partners and dealers to increase sales.
