ZC Rubber successfully showcased its latest tire innovations at the SEMA Show 2024 in Las Vegas from November 5-8, with the North American debut of its WESTLAKE Gen II Truck Tire lineup.
The new WESTLAKE Gen II series, tailored specifically for the North American market, was designed to meet diverse commercial needs with advanced technology and optimized performance. The lineup includes 13 tread designs engineered for long-haul, regional, and mixed-service applications. This introduction marks a significant milestone in ZC Rubber’s commitment to providing high-quality solutions for North American fleets.

The WESTLAKE Gen II series integrates cutting-edge technologies to improve tire performance and durability:
● Pre Strain Contour Theory (PSCT): Reduces tire deformation, ensuring more uniform wear and longer tread life.
● Ultra Hybrid Formula: Lowers rolling resistance for better fuel efficiency.
● Belt-Wrap Technology (BWT): Enhances stability, tire longevity, and load-bearing capacity.

At the SEMA show, ZC Rubber introduced four standout tread patterns from the WESTLAKE Gen II lineup:
● W-Elite SL11 (STEER POSITION/Long Haul): Engineered with a solid shoulder and advanced tread compounds for longevity in long-haul and regional conditions. SmartWay-verified, it features a wide shoulder for improved stability and decoupling grooves to ensure uniform ground contact, optimizing fuel efficiency and cost-per-mile.
● W-Elite DA25 (DRIVE POSITION/Long Haul): Built for all-weather conditions with 3PMSF certification, the DA25 offers reliable traction and durability. The deep 26/32nd tread depth ensures even wear, extending tire life while reducing operational costs.
● W-Elite ZA12 (STEER/ALL POSITION/Regional): Ideal for regional routes, this SmartWay-verified tire delivers stability and fuel efficiency. The balanced void volume improves road grip and drainage, while the fuel-saving compound enhances fuel economy.
● W-Elite ZM41 (ALL POSITION/Mixed Service): Designed for mixed-service use, this tire excels on both highways and rugged off-road conditions. The optimized lug pattern improves grip, while a cut- and chip-resistant compound enhances durability. Stone ejectors protect the casing, and reinforced construction supports retreadability.
